Unclaimed Checks

For all planholders,

There are over a thousand (1000) checks that are still unclaimed at Pacific Plans. Kindly pass this reminder to other planholders.

Thank you.

I am one of those who have not claimed their check. Will someone please tell me the procedure for claiming and what number do I call? My son tried to call the number given by PEP to no avail. You may contact me at

i was just wondering what happened to the case between PPI and the planholders (PEP Coalition)? the last i knew was that the Court of Appeals ordered MRTC to accept evidence from the Planholders through PEP Coalition on PPI's rehabilitation program. this is i think sometime september of 2007.

what has happened after this? any updates?

would appreciate any feedback from any fellow planholder.

got two plans for my eldest kid, the first one, i was able to able for one year only and the 2nd plan should have matured this year.

any chance of us getting what's due to us?

you can reply at thanks a lot!

i received just now from PPI a letter re: the approval of the RTC of the PPI's modified rehabilitation Plan, with the ff features:1)suspension of tuition support.
2)conversion of peso entitlements to US$s.
3)payment in 2010 shall be in US$s.
how they arrived at the ff computation of what i will get in 2010 from my open-ended plan is not clear:
sample computation:
***balance of entitlement: P62,428
***% share of balance of entitlement to total liabilities of P2,591,559,148.80 due in 2010: 0.0024088974
***entitlement in 2010 in US$s;$1,149.04.

The amount due me in 2010 will be short of the balance of entitlement(P62T+) by so much even if P/$ rate will be pegged at P50. Why don't they just pay us now. They still have over a year to make money out of our money...

first time to open this blog and the PPI Planholders. I did not get yet anything including the check for my daughter HS plan.. Does it mean that we have to wait for the 2010 to get all or I can get unclaimed amount due . What are your suggestions? What are the requirements?

I have not received any mail from APIC nor from the old Pacific plan regarding my plan. My son already graduated last year and I do hope that they release the payments as soon as possible as my family really needs the money (everyone does) to support my other kids to their college education. I have already submitted to PPI change of address but still APIC record shows my old address...which is the reason why I havent received any letter...but they say...they will get in touch with me...but upto now they have not even replied to my letter. arent they supposed to pay out this july 2010?

Hello Planholders,
I got an email in 2015 saying APEC plan is going to pay PHP38565.00 only. Is there still a chance to claim this? What is the best thing to do since I am overseas?
